Who is Farooq?

Farooq Shah is an accomplished and experienced writer, thought leader and spiritual teacher. He was born in the suburbs of Chicago. At age two he was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. For the next thirty years, he endured physical and emotional struggles. After a near-death experience, he discovered the transformative and healing power of choice and love.
